Does the AndMorefashion e-store include the same items as in regular stores of Monton, Mosaic, Baltman, Ivo Nikkolo and Bastion?

Yes, all the items from the e-store are available in regular stores, except for some items which are exclusive only to the e-store. The e-store selection is updated every week.

Which countries are the purchases delivered to?

When ordering products from our e-store you can choose from the following delivery options:

Omniva automatic parcel point - Ordering to an automatic parcel point is very convenient thanks to their good locations, long opening hours and no queues. You will receive a text message on your mobile phone on the arrival of the package, which contains the location of the automatic parcel point and the door code.

Itella SmartPOST automatic parcel point - Ordering to an automatic parcel point is very convenient thanks to their good locations, long opening hours and no queues. You will receive a text message on your mobile phone on the arrival of the package, which contains the location of the automatic parcel point and the door code. Please retain the text message for free returns up to 14 days (registered customers 30 days).

Standard (Parcel to a post office) - Postal service will notify you upon the arrival of the parcel in the post office. On the notification you will find the location of the post office and your parcel’s holding period.

Omniva courier - When ordering with the Omniva courier your products will arrive at your chosen address within 1-2 working days. The courier will call you on arrival. If you are unavailable at the time of the delivery, the parcel will be left at the post office for seven calendar days. You will find a notification in your letterbox which contains the holding information and the name of the post office, from where you can pick up your parcel.

DPD Pickup point - the Pickup point network contains over 3,000 points in the Baltic countries and when making your purchase you can select the location that most suits you. A day before the arrival of the parcel, DPD will send you a SMS to your mobile phone about the delivery of the parcel containing details about the location of the Pickup point and the number of the parcel. The customer needs a personal identification document and the parcel number to collect the parcel. NB! The parcel will be stored maximum 7 days.

DPD courier – an efficient, reliable and reasonably priced parcel carrier service over Europe. Shipments are delivered from Monday to Friday. The courier will advise you about the arrival of your parcel by phone sending a SMS with a delivery window. If necessary, you can change the time/place of delivery or divert the parcel to a Pickup point through a message.

EMS courier - EMS courier the Russian Post (Почта России) will deliver the goods conveniently to your home in the fastest possible way ahead of other postal items. The parcel will reach Moscow and St Petersburg within 15 working days after placing the order, the parcel will reach other regions within 30 working days after placing the order. The courier will call you on arrival. If you are unavailable at the time of the delivery, the parcel will be left at the post office for fifteen calendar days. You will find a notification in your letterbox which contains the holding information and the name of the post office, from where you can pick up your parcel.

What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery is free of charge on purchases over €30 when ordering to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania or Finland.

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept Visa and MasterCard when paying by credit card. You can also pay directly via the following bank links (Swedbank, SEB Bank, Danske Bank Nordea Bank, Krediidipank, LHV Pank) or with PayPal.

How do I track my delivery?

After the purchase you will be provided with a delivery code. You can track your delivery from the following websites, depending on whether you select Omniva or Itella SmartPOST as your delivery provider:

If you have received a confirmation e-mail but cannot track your delivery, do not worry – it may take up to 24 hours before the information about your package appears in either the Omniva (Eesti Post) or SmartPOST system.

In case your delivery has not arrived on time, please feel free to contact us via e-mail: info@andmorefashion.com. Please add your delivery code to the e-mail. We will reply within 1 working day.

Do I have to open an account to shop at AndMoreFashion e-store?

No, it is not necessary to open an account. However, it is advisable to become a member if you are interested in receiving additional kinds of benefits.

What are the benefits of becoming a member at the e-store?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve any items at the e-store. We advise you to add the items to your shopping cart and confirm your purchase quickly.

How long will the delivery take?

The time of delivery depends on your destination. In Estonia you will receive your package within 1-3 working days. Additional information can be found here.

How do I return my purchase?

Returning your purchase is very easy. You can return it within 14 days upon receiving your package. Members are entitled to return within 30 days.

How long will the refunding take?

Refunding to the client’s bank account will take up to 14 days.

My credit card's currency is other than euros. Can I still pay and what exchange rates do you use for conversion?

Yes, you can pay. We accept all currencies and sum is converted to euros using the exchange rate of your bank, that issued you the credit card.

I tried to pay for my order using a credit card, but payment failed. Why did my payment fail?

Please make sure you have enough money on your card and your card is enabled for internet payments in Estonia. You might also have exceeded your daily limit. For more information, please contact your bank.

If you are certain, that your card has sufficient amount of money and your card can be used online, we would advise you to register an account on PayPal and try to pay, using PayPal option. Paying with PayPal is safe and creating a new account takes less than 5 minutes.

If your payment failed, please check if money has been reserved on your card. Let us know if that is the case, we can ask bank to release the sum.
